Who better to work on ballhandling skills with than JCrossover?

There’s still a ways to go before Spurs no-longer-rookie sensation Victor Wembanyama will report France for the 2024 Paris Olympics, and in the meantime, he has been in San Antonio continuing to work out and hone his skills. Most recently, he posted images of himself talking to three-time Sixth Man of the Year Jamal Crawford, who has had nothing but high praise for him since he joined the league.

Wemby already has excellent ball handing skills for a player his size and age but could still stand to improve, and who better to work with than someone who is considered one of the best ball handlers in NBA history? This isn’t the first time those two have been seen together. At All-Star weekend, Crawford was seen teaching Wemby the “shake-and-bake” ahead of the Rising Stars Challenge.

We’ve already seen some amazing moves like the shammgod from Wemby, and the more moves he can add, the better. It’s always good to see young players eager to learn and keep working even early in the offseason, and of course it’s always nice seeing retired players pass on their skillsets to new generations. As good as Wemby is in nearly every aspect of the game, if he can become half the dribbler JCrossover was (and probably still is), watch out, world.
